Mosques at Dubai South Business Park, Staff Village and Residential District

This design and build project encompasses the comprehensive architectural and construction development of several mosques and imam houses located in Dubai South Business Park, Staff Village, and Residential District. The mosques feature spacious prayer halls designed to accommodate a significant number of worshippers, along with separate ablution areas for men and women, multipurpose rooms, and dedicated spaces for community gatherings. Each mosque is thoughtfully designed to reflect traditional Islamic architectural elements, including domes, minarets, and ornamental calligraphy, while incorporating modern construction techniques to ensure safety, durability, and sustainability.

The imam houses provide comfortable, functional residential units for the religious leaders, complete with living, sleeping, and private prayer areas. The design emphasizes privacy and accessibility, ensuring that the imams have a peaceful environment adjacent to the mosques they serve.

The project includes a full scope of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, including energy-efficient HVAC systems, fire alarm and firefighting installations, lighting, and data and telecommunications infrastructure. High-quality finishes are used throughout, including ceramic and porcelain tiles in ablution and prayer areas, emulsion and weather-resistant paints for interior and exterior surfaces, and durable flooring materials suitable for heavy foot traffic. The landscaping and external site works consist of paved pathways, parking facilities, boundary walls, and green spaces to enhance the overall environment and accessibility of the mosques.
