Al Khaleej Ceramics Factory at DIC

The Grannitto Al Khaleej Ceramics Co. L.L.C. project spans 28,459 m² and was completed in 15 months, consisting of 6 main blocks that support the company’s ceramic manufacturing operations.

The Factory Building (3,224 m²) houses essential facilities such as a maintenance room, quality control lab, and various motors and pumps that power the tile production line. The Workshop (1,513.37 m²) includes areas for cutting machines, marble polishing, packaging, and export storage.

The Office Block is spread across Ground + First Floors, with the ground floor (433.92 m²) offering open office space, store rooms, and utility rooms. The first floor (359.19 m²) includes a manager’s room, meeting room, office cabins, and other administrative facilities. Additionally, the project includes a Substation (154.30 m²) and Guard Block (50 m²) for security and essential services.

The project features a total of 34,736 m² of steel structure and cladding, 488 m² of aluminum and glazing works, and premium finishes, including ceramic and granite flooring for rooms and halls. Jotashield was used for exterior walls, while Fenomastic Jotun painted the interior, including the ceilings, while marble finishes were applied to both internal and external staircases.

Designed to meet green building standards as per Dubai Municipality guidelines, the facility includes an advanced air conditioning system, a sewerage system with 26 manholes and 6 gully traps, and an efficient electrical system providing 2,395.93 kW through 2 LV panels and 5 SMDBs. Each room is equipped with telephone and internet points to ensure seamless connectivity.
