3 Nos of Dubai Civil Defense Station

The Construction of Civil Defense Buildings in Jebel Ali, Al Mizhar, and Nadd Al Shiba involved the development of modern, multi-functional facilities designed to enhance civil defense operations across Dubai. The project, completed in 365 days, included the construction of Main Buildings and Service Blocks spread across three distinct sites. The Jebel Ali site covers 5,979.61 m², Al Mizhar spans 3,716.91 m², and Nadd Al Shiba covers 4,789.54 m², each designed with sustainability and efficiency in mind.

Each facility is equipped with essential systems, including HVAC, firefighting, sewerage, and plumbing systems. The Main Buildings feature AHUs and chillers for cooling, FM-200 suppression systems for fire safety, and sprinkler systems. Electrical systems include MDBs, SMDBs, and DBs with a total capacity of 533.73 kW, ensuring reliable energy distribution across the sites. The buildings also offer modern infrastructure with telecommunications, providing telephone and internet points in every room.

The project adhered to Dubai Municipality’s green building standards, incorporating energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. It features parking areas, service blocks, manholes, and gully traps, ensuring the facilities are well-equipped for long-term operation. Completed in 365 days, the project provides Dubai with critical civil defense infrastructure, supporting the city’s safety and preparedness initiatives.
