Al Aweer Medical Center

The Al Aweer Medical Center project involves the construction of a modern healthcare facility located on Plot No. 7210657 in Al Awir 2, Dubai. The project includes the development of a main building comprising various departments and spaces, such as administrative offices, treatment rooms for patients, reception areas, a waiting hall, restrooms, and parking facilities. The facility is designed to provide a comprehensive healthcare experience, with essential spaces for both patient care and administrative functions.

In addition to the main building, the project also includes the construction of service buildings and guard rooms, providing support services and security. The external works consist of the development of the surrounding public area, including the construction of fences, gates, and civil parking areas to improve accessibility and security. Furthermore, demolition works were carried out to remove existing services and structures from the site, preparing the area for the new medical center.

The Al Aweer Medical Center project was successfully completed within 18 Months, providing a modern, fully equipped healthcare facility to meet the needs of the local community.
