Hatta Sport Club

The Hatta Sports Club project involved a range of maintenance and renovation works for the existing facility. The scope of work included both preventive and corrective maintenance for various systems such as automatic sliding and revolving glass doors, as well as plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and metal/aluminum works. The project also included demolition and site clearance, where existing components like aluminum windows, glass doors, wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, and false ceilings were removed.

In addition, substantial excavation and backfilling works were completed, along with the removal of manholes, pump stations, and various drainage and sewage systems. The project also involved concrete works, masonry works, waterproofing for the roof and wet areas, and metal works. Joinery and finishing works were carried out alongside sanitary and plumbing works, ensuring that the facility met the required standards for a sports and office complex. The entire project was completed successfully within 180 days, revitalizing the Hatta Sports Club and enhancing its functionality.
