Aerospace Supply Chain Facility Phase 3

The Aerospace Supply Chain Facility Phase 3 (ASC3) at Aviation is a comprehensive construction project involving the development of a G+M+3 facility with a total built-up area of approximately 13,508 m². The project commenced in December 2021 and was successfully completed within 8 months, focusing on providing state-of-the-art infrastructure for the aerospace supply chain.

Key activities in the scope of work include minor structural activities, masonry, plastering for both internal and external walls, and the installation of thermal insulation and waterproofing for the roofing system. The facility also features floor finishes, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, and staircase installations, along with external finishes. Additional tasks include false ceiling works, carpentry, gypsum partition work, and the installation of glass doors and carrion counters. The project also includes internal and external painting works, focusing on repairs and finishing.

The ASC3 facility is designed to meet the specific needs of the aerospace industry, providing a modern, efficient space for operations within the sector.
