Dubai Schools at Al Barsha

The Dubai Schools, Al Barsha project involved the extension of an existing educational facility to accommodate 1,064 students, expanding from Kindergarten to Grade 5 to include Grade 6 to Grade 12. Located in Al Barsha South, Dubai, this multi-phased development aimed to create a modern, integrated learning environment with dedicated spaces for boys and girls.

The project includes a main building consisting of a girls’ wing, a boys’ wing, and a central hinge that houses shared facilities such as common classrooms, libraries, and administrative offices. In addition to the main academic building, the project also incorporates several service buildings, including a substation and guard houses. Extensive external works are also included, such as sports fields, soft and hard landscaping, and all necessary services to support the facility’s operations.

The project was initially planned for 21 months but was successfully expedited and completed in 12 months, showcasing the team’s ability to deliver high-quality educational infrastructure under an accelerated schedule without compromising on standards.
