Construction of Administration Building and connected to 2 existing office buildings. Construction of building for buses service station and service bays. Construction of workshop and connected to the existing service workshops. All Civil works including internal and external finishes. MEP works includes electrical system, telephone & data network system, fire alarm & firefighting system, A/C & ventilation system, drainage and water supply system, CCTV & access control system.
