Scope of Work :
Construction of 114 nos.- 2 Model Type Villas. Each villa types has individual Service Blocks. Scope of works include all civil works, interior and exterior finishing works, air conditioning system, sewerage system, electrical, and telecommunication works. Network of internal roads and roundabout in the middle of the site to direct traffic safely and length of about kilometer. This internal network communicates with external road network with three entrances in both directions and contains sidewalks.
